Refund policy
Due to COVID-19 implications, returns of any kind are not permitted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are granted in certain occasions. For example:
- If USPS is suspending packages to your country
- If your parcel has been returned to my P.o. box AND I do not receive an email from you (response to notification of parcel return, email asking where parcel is, etc.) within 30 days of the return
Because shipping costs are directly given to USPS, shipping refunds will not be granted.
